(More customer reviews)Scooter is sturdy, well made and looks great! It glides smoothly and handles nicely. Low to the ground with nice handle bars and grips. I bought this for my grand daughters three years ago and
they had never ridden anything but little kid toys. Each easily learned to handle and ride with very few mishaps. I think it is pretty safe for a ride-on type toy. (we bought helmets and thankfully have never had any bad landings). Now three years later I am still watching them ride working up a good healthy
sweat and loving it!! So, I just purchased scooter number 4 for
one of the girls who has practically worn the wheels off (I hope
I can talk her into the replacement of her favorite toy). She is nine now, the age where girls need outdoor exercise and fun.
WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!A GOOD CHOICE FOR KIDS MOVING UP TO BIG KID TOYS.

Product Description:
The original kick scooter just got a whole lot better, making it even more fun for kids and teens alike. Though it'll never replace the internal combustion engine, the Razor A2 will get your child from point A to point B much quicker than on foot alone, and requires just a few scoots of one's shoes in the process. Plus, it's a blast to use, as your progeny will likely attest.
The Razor A2 is built of aircraft-grade aluminum, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. Razor combined the traditional aluminum construction, however, with a number of recent innovations, including a springless shock system that makes bumpy pavement feel smoother than ever and an all-new wheelie bar that guarantees an extra dollop of fun. Add in the foldable T-tube and deck, which tuck together to create a compact footprint (ideal for carrying when riding isn't appropriate), and you have a great kick scooter for virtually any situation. Other details include an enhanced finger guard, 98 mm inline-style wheels, and a patented rear fender brake for quick stops.
This version of the Razor A2, which weighs around 6 pounds and supports up to 143 pounds, and is recommended for ages 5 and older. It's also backed by a six-month warranty. For the next step up, try the Razor A3 Scooter.
Key Features:
For riders ages 5 and older

Product Description:
Designed for kids ages 3-5, the mini kick is the quality choice in children's scooters. The mini kick won the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold and the Platinum Award Seals for Best Toy in 2009. The mini also was named 'Best Pre-School Scooter' by Toy Report and 'Best Outdoor Toy' by Learning Express Stores. What makes the mini unique is its quality construction and its 'lean-and-steer' design, which allows children to use their body weight to control the steering, giving them the feeling of 'surfing' the sidewalk, as they curve from right to left, almost like a skateboard. The lean-and-steer adds an element of fun and control that young children love. The mini's 3 wheels provide greater stability, making it easier for even the youngest kids to learn to ride. Great for their balance and coordination. The wheels are Italian-made of highest quality PU, especially for micro. They provide a smooth glide, making the mini almost effortless to ride. The wheels also make for a quiet ride, a joy for parents and children alike. The mini can be ridden inside, as well as outside, because the polyurethane wheels won't leave black marks on the floor. The deck of the mini is low-to-the-ground and large enough for both feet, making it easy for young children to hop on and off and to switch from pushing, to just enjoying the ride. The 'spoon' brake at the back adds additional control - kids like the control and also because it looks just like the big kids' scooters. For parents, the mini's light weight (only 3.3lbs), means it's easy to pick up and carry when need be, and makes it easier for the kids themselves to pick up and maneuver. Note: - the mini can hold weights up to 60lbs, when used for cruising, but is not designed for jumps or tricks. For a scooter designed to do jumps and tricks, please see the amazing mx park stunt scooter!, designed for quality, functionality and the best in sports technology.

(More customer reviews)I just got this for my kids, who are 5, 7, and 14. They love it! The 180 degree turns are fun, but it can also be controlled at slower speeds. My 5 year old isn't ready to go all out yet, and he uses the throttle lightly for a slower ride. It seems very safe as long as it's used away from traffic and obstacles. Definitely for paved areas, not grass.
Charge time is 12 hours, so it can only be used once a day in general. It was 40 degrees F today (about 4 degrees C) and we had it out for an hour. With downtime for changing riders, I'm guessing it lasted for about 40 minutes of ride time. Maybe it'll last longer in warmer weather.
It went noticeably slower with the 140 lb. 14 year old riding, but was still fun for him. Razor tends to give age recommendations that seem high. This is probably good for ages 5 - 12. Teens will want something more powerful.

(More customer reviews)This is an awesome product, however we purchased two on-line from Amazon and only received one by the 'guaranteed delivery date.' We needed it for Christmas for our boys. We're very disappointed that we have paid for the product but have not received it in time for Christmas. It was guaranteed by Dec. 22nd. FYI Don't believe the guaranteed delivery date.

Product Description:
Light up your ride even more than before with the Razor Spark DLX scooter. The original Spark scooter--an upgrade itself from the classic A kick scooter--introduced the idea of creating an awesome trail of sparks each time you step on the scooter. The Spark DLX, however, takes it to the next level by adding 50 percent more sparks to the mix. The improved sparking cartridges team up with the Spark DLX's new foot-controlled, detachable spark bar and 98mm LED light-up urethane wheels to give your scooter ride an explosive new feel. Just step on the sparking bar and watch the sparks fly. The Spark DLX is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. The T-tube and deck, meanwhile, fold into a compact footprint, so riders can fit the scooter inside a bag or carry it at their side when riding isn't appropriate (it weighs around 6 pounds). And thanks to the Spark DLX's full-length grip tape, the scooter offers better traction and control than before. Other features include ABEC-5 bearings, a patented rear fender brake, and a bonus spark cartridge. Recommended for ages 8 and older, the Razor Spark DLX supports riders up to 143 pounds.

(More customer reviews)My nine year old son received the Whiplash Scooter for his birthday. This is his second scooter. He loves this one because he can do so much more with it. He rides it up and down the sidewalk without ever touching the ground and he does these really cool turns he couldn't do on his other scooter. It is really well made too.
