(More customer reviews)I was worried that these pads might be too small for my seven year old, but they are very adjustable and look like they would fit kids much older and even smaller adults. The gel cushion seems like it will protect well.

These pads are great and durable...they have held up to many spills onto a gravel road and have protected my son very well. Good buy.

(More customer reviews)I got this for my 3-year-old to go with the new bike she got for Christmas, but the helmet is too small for her. The elbow and knee pads fit fine, but I have to get her a different set ASAP. It's a good thing I have a younger daughter to hand it down to in brand-new condition. It's cute, and seems to be well-made, so the 1-year-old will be able to use it for at least a year or so.
